Photogrammetry

Close-range photogrammetry is a technique for obtaining measurements of objects from photographs. Two photographs taken simultaneously which overlap in view are placed in a Wild A40 Autograph stereo plotter. The images are viewed as a stereo model which then can be used to measure or draft with output to a digitizing tablet. Through the use of AutoCAD these stereo models are manipulated to produce a scaled map.
