 On
this web you can find information about our applications:
CARTOMAP tackles all the processes in the design and construction
of civil works, in several fields of the
surveying area, mining, town planning, etc… Allows
the user to import data from electronic field books
or total stations, or from interchange files, such
as DXF files. From these imported data, you can get
very high quality graphic outputs and 3D views. The
intermediate processes allow the user to calculate
DTM, to make several surveying calculations, and to
define the horizontal design in the most detailed
way, solving complex connections between roads.
All this, by using simple but very efficient processes
used by more than 4.000 users all around the
world. Intented to get adjusted to the needs
of all kind of users, CARTOMAP is divided into three
modules: Surveying & Contouring,
Design & Profiles and
Engineering Projects & 3D Views.

 Pocket
CARTOMAP: As a result of GAIA Project of ANEBA I+D Department
started in 1994, it comes out a new CARTOMAP family
product: Pocket CARTOMAP. This software brings help
to make decisions in topographic field works.
It is an application for data capture, land
surveying,
setting out, etc..., which runs on Windows
CE-compatible computers.
Nowadays, it runs in three platforms: Pocket PC, Handheld
PC and Tablet PC. Any of them permit direct connection
with any topographic instrument (total stations, GPS,
distance meters, echo sounder,…) of the most important manufacters.
You only need the standard connection between the
topographic instrument and the computer (RS232C –
9 pins PC/AT).
The
advantage of this system is the full availability
in the field of all the tools of a surveying
and engineering software such as CARTOMAP. Data can
be collected, processed and analysed on-site, and
decision-making during survey work is made much
easier.
Its structure allows all data to be uploaded
to CARTOMAP to be processed at the office.
The calculations carried out in the office can then
be downloaded back to Pocket CARTOMAP so that your
fieldwork is ready for the next day.
