RCA Dome Demolition - Dec 20, 2008 Indianapolis, IN If you hadn't heard, The Indianapolis Colts moved to Lucas Oil Stadium at the start of the 2008 NFL season. Dear Above All Photography, The National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) recently awarded Milestone Constractors, L.P. of Columbus, Indiana a 2008 Quality in Construction Award for the construction of roadways and parking areas for the recently opened Honda Manufacturing facility in Greensburg, Indiana. Above All Photography, Ltd. of Indianapolis, IN performed aerial photography required for the award application. The award submittal required five 8X10 photos representative of the work performed. Due to the immense 1700-acre site and the fact that security allowed no ground photographs to be taken, aerial shots were required. I feel that the quality of Above All Photography's photos taken by helicopter with a very high resolution camera were a major contributor to Milestone's award. NAPA will be recognizing the QIC winners at their 54th Annual Meeting and Awards Breakfast on January 20, 2009 at the San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina. Posters from the award winning photographs will be rominently displayed throughout the annual meeting to garner recognition of the quality work of our industry. F.A. October 2008 Guess who we ran into while doing aerial video in Columbus, OH? Thats right! The next president of the United States - and his Boeing 757 were in town for some campaign work. We stopped at Lane Aviation to refuel the helicopter and had no idea that Barack Obama was in town.

Hi James, I wanted to share how shocked Doug, my husband was when he saw his Lucas Oil Stadium picture. I broke down after getting it framed and presented his Christmas present a little early. Hired by Paramount Studios to shoot aerial video of Jesse James at The World Figure 8 Championship

No - we weren't in any trouble! Base Productions, a Paramount affiliate, hired Above All to shoot the aerial video portion of “The World Figure Eight Championship” stock car race in September 2008 for a feature movie starring Jesse James that they are releasing in February 2009. This involved over five hours of continuous “Broadcast HD video” from our regular R-44 helicopter. This was definitely our biggest challenge since buying our broadcast HD video system. The Hollywood producer was impressed that Above All Photography had a Panasonic HDX-900 camera because it was the same as what they were using to cover the ground and tower angles. You may heard of Jesse James and his famous TV show and business, West Coast Choppers.
